At Riverside Community Church we believe in personal growth and development. This means in every area of our being. It is God's will for us to prosper in these areas as well: 1 Thess. 5:23 says, We are a spirit, we have a soul and we live in a body. We believe God accepts everyone the way they are and in the season of life they are in. However, it is God’s will for His children not to remain the same but to grow (Heb. 6:1-3).

There are few aspects in our life in which we often find ourselves struggling or becoming complacent and comfortable. Below is a list of these areas in which we believe every born again believer should have increase in. Our challenge to you as an individual is to begin to grow and further develop in your walk with Jesus Christ. This a 3, 6, and 12 month challenge to help you become a better disciple, spouse, parent, employee, and be the change in your world. The idea of having personal growth plan of three different time frames is to allow you develop new habits and let go of old ones.
